Thank you for shopping with Recharge7. We take pride in the quality of our wellness products. Because our products include perishable dietary items (tea bags), we enforce a strict return policy to ensure health and safety standards.
30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility & Strict Conditions for Food/Perishable Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Completely Unopened & Unused: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, tea products cannot be returned once the external protective seal, box, or individual tea bag packaging has been opened, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or order confirmation number.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at recharge7tea@gmail.com.
Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Quality Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at recharge7tea@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For quality-related claims, please include photos or descriptions of the issue in your email.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Opened Food/Perishable Goods: As stated above, opened or consumed tea products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified quality issue.

Custom & Promotional Items: We do not accept returns on personalized orders, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as our tea products). To be eligible, the product must remain unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
