1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are curated and processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable global delivery services to ensure your wellness packages arrive in pristine condition. Shipping fees and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination and our current promotional policies.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to seasonal courier volume or remote locations. Subscriptions will automatically follow these timelines for every recurring cycle.

3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Recharge7 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer as the importer.

  • Please check with your local customs office for specific thresholds and rates.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window stated above, please contact us at recharge7tea@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Bases

  • Due to international regulations surrounding dietary and food shipments, we unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but we understand mishaps occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at recharge7tea@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and replace it.

  • Incorrect Address: Recharge7 is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
